width=351 height=485 />Dr Jimcall Pfumorodze has 20 years’ experience in the legal profession in different capacities which include private legal practice, legislative drafting, legal consulting and academia. He is admitted to practice law in both Botswana and Zimbabwe. He holds an LLB (Honours) from the University of Zimbabwe, an LLM (<em>Cum Laude</em>) from the University of Western Cape, SA and the University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, specializing in International Trade, Investment and Business Law.</p><p>He also holds a Doctor of Laws from the University of Pretoria, where he specialized in International Investment Law. He is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Law, University of Botswana. His areas of expertise include Banking and Finance Law; Corporate and Commercial Law; Insurance Law; Intellectual Property Law; International Trade, Investment and Finance Law and Tax Law. He is formerly a member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (2008-2013).  He has authored 4 books on law, published by Kluwer Law International, namely: Insurance Law; Law of Delict; Commercial and Economic Law; as well as Sport Law.</p><p>He has published over 25 journal articles in reputable local and international peer reviewed journal. He has consulted for governmental agencies, international institutions, non-state actors and trade unions on areas like company law, international investment law, international trade law as well as drafting of constitutions for trade unions.
