In 2018, she obtained a Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management from the Botswana Accountancy College. During 2020, Fafa obtained her Certificate in Compliance Management from the University of Cape Town.</p><p>Over the years,  Fafa has developed a broad practice, focusing on all areas of business and commercial litigation and has represented various local and international clients in civil suits and arbitration proceedings.</p><p>Fafa's pimary practice areas include Corporate Governance, Commercial Transactions, AML Policy Review and Drafting, Judicial Management and Liquidation, Administrative Law, Contractual Drafting, Insurance law and Medical Malpractice litigation.</p><p>Her experience encompasses all aspects of the litigation process, including research, drafting pleadings, presenting legal arguments, and conducting trials.</p><p>Fafa describes herself as a corporate collaborator, who works with clients to find equitable resolutions to their legal challenges.
