Pursuant to the evolution of the pandemic Corona-Virus {Covid-19} and the subsequent Government Public Notice {OPC5/57/6II (293)} issued and publicized on the 16th March 2020, Gbhoza Legal Practice (GLP) has found it necessary to interrogate and opine on the legal implication of the status quo as far as Contracts of Employment are concerned.
