Biography

Princess Motlogelwa is a Junior Associate Attorney in the Debt Recovery, Corporate Services, and Property Law Division. She heads a unit within the division known as Pioneers, where she manages high-value debt recovery mandates on behalf of major financial institutions, including leading commercial banks.

In the corporate advisory space, she assists organizations in navigating legal compliance and strengthening corporate governance structures, helping clients stay up-to-date with legal developments. On the conveyancing and notarial practice side, she oversees property transactions from lodgement to execution.

Princess has a strong interest in technology law, particularly the intersection between innovation and regulation. Her work and studies span data governance, privacy risk management, access-to-information matters, and the legal implications of emerging technologies. She also has expertise in Intellectual Property, holding two certifications from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and an additional certification offered by WIPO in cooperation with Harvard University.
