Debt Collection & General Litigation

Our debt collection department deals with collections ranging from soft collections through our call centre up to issuing of summons, moving summary judgements, obtaining judgments, writ of executions and civil imprisonment and appointing liaising with Deputy Sheriffs for purposes of executing judgements.

The Firm also does garnishee proceedings and landlord hypothecs as a tool for debt collection.
